What we do

Professional oversight without a full-time crew.

AYN Yacht Management is for busy owners, seasonal owners, absentee owners, and anyone who wants the boat professionally cared for without personally managing every contractor, appointment, and maintenance item.

01

Weekly Vessel Care

Structured inspections of critical systems, machinery spaces, shore power, climate, bilges, strainers, fluids, dock setup, and more.

02

Photo Reporting

Clear visit reports showing what was checked, what was found, what was handled, and what needs attention next.

03

Contractor Coordination

Full Management clients can have divers, detailers, mechanics, A/C techs, electronics techs, yards, and other vendors coordinated for them.

04

Owner-Ready Preparation

Fueling, pump-out, provisioning, cleaning coordination, refrigeration, A/C setup, and trip-ready checks before you arrive.

Two simple packages

Choose how much you want off your plate.

Both packages start with the same core vessel-care standard. The difference is what happens after something needs attention.

Vessel-specific pricing. Final pricing is based on vessel size, systems, location, service frequency, and required level of care. Third-party contractors, parts, materials, washdowns, diving, and major project oversight are billed separately unless specifically included.
The AYN standard

The boat gets attention before it demands attention.

Routine yacht management should feel quiet to the owner. We inspect consistently, document clearly, and keep the next step moving so small items do not become surprises.

Talk about your vessel
01

See it early.

Recurring checks create a consistent baseline and make changes easier to spot.

02

Keep it organized.

Inspections, maintenance, vendors, and owner requests stay tied to one management workflow.

03

Close the loop.

Full Management goes beyond reporting the problem — we coordinate what happens next.

Owner-operated. Captain-led.

One number to call for the boat.

AYN stands for All Your Needs. The business is built around a simple idea: yacht ownership should be enjoyable, not another list of contractors, appointments, repairs, invoices, and follow-ups to manage.

Clients have one direct point of contact for inspections, recurring services, maintenance coordination, contractors, repairs, and vessel preparation.

How it works

Simple for the owner. Thorough for the boat.

2

Onboarding

We document vessel access, systems, service history, recurring contractors, owner preferences, and spending authority.

3

Baseline Inspection

Before recurring care begins, we document the vessel’s current condition so existing issues are clearly established.

4

Recurring Care

Weekly inspections and recurring services are scheduled so routine care does not get forgotten.

5

Report & Manage

You receive clear updates, photos, recommendations, and coordinated follow-through based on your package.

FAQ

What owners usually want to know.

Are washdowns included in the monthly package?

Full exterior washdown labor is generally billed separately. Full Yacht Management can include scheduling and oversight so the owner does not have to manage the detailer.

What is the difference between Vessel Care and Full Yacht Management?

Both packages use the same core weekly vessel inspection standard. Vessel Care focuses on inspection, documentation, and notification. Full Yacht Management adds the ongoing coordination and follow-through required to handle maintenance, contractors, repairs, and owner preparation.

If I have Vessel Care, can AYN still handle a repair for me?

Yes. If you want us to handle a repair, contractor, or additional task, it can be approved and billed as an add-on outside the monthly Vessel Care fee.

What happens with small repairs on Full Yacht Management?

Routine minor fixes can be handled within the owner’s agreed spending and labor authorization. Parts and materials are billed separately. Larger repairs are approved before proceeding unless immediate action is required to protect the vessel.

Do you manage outside contractors?

Yes. Full Yacht Management includes routine scheduling and coordination of outside vendors such as divers, detailers, mechanics, A/C technicians, electronics technicians, and yards. Major repair or refit oversight may be billed separately depending on scope.

Can recurring vendor services be scheduled automatically?

Yes. Services such as weekly washdowns, monthly bottom cleaning, recurring interior cleaning, and other regular maintenance can be added to the vessel’s management calendar.

Do you buy parts and supplies for the boat?

Yes, when authorized. Owners can establish a routine spending limit so minor parts and supplies do not require approval every time. Larger purchases are approved in advance unless urgent action is required to protect the vessel.

How are contractor costs and parts billed?

Third-party contractor charges, parts, materials, and separately requested services are billed in addition to the monthly management fee unless specifically included in the agreement.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on vessel length, complexity, location, frequency of care, and the amount of management required. Vessel-specific pricing is provided after a consultation.
